Nike Dunk High SW "Un-Gucci"

Nike Sportswear has partnered with Record producer DJ Clark Kent and Undefected’s founder Eddie Cruz, challenging East and West to create their own Nike Sportswear footwear. The result is a collection that delves deep into the psyche of sport and present Rivalry as its essence. In this tempestuous collaboration, DJ Clark Kent and Eddie Cruz use Nike Sportwear’s iconic designs and innovative materials and remix them. The pair draws on classic collegiate layouts; adding their own trademark directional flavour. No doubt the green/red colorway reminds us the Gucci Dunk SB, however they are not the same. The upper of the DJ Clark Kent “Un-Gucci” Dunk features a green base with black ostrich leather surrounded. In addition, a challenge red croc skin swoosh. The gum outsole is made of 0.44 sticky rubber for better performance under bad condition.

Nike Dunk High Premium SB "Miss Piggy"

Nicknamed the Miss Piggy Dunk Hi, the glamorous, karate chopping swine from Jim Henson’s, The Muppet Show. The Nike Dunk features a pink suede upper closely resembling Miss Piggy’s skin and also comes hog-tied with yellow laces and accents to represent her blonde hair. The shoe also sits atop a brown translucent sole.

Nike Blazer Premium SB "Huf"

When a sample of this HUF x Nike SB Blazer Mid Canvas was leaked onto the Internet and was thought to be just a Converse Chuck Taylor inspired Blazer Mid. HUF announced that this is actually a collaboration between Nike SB and the store/brand which comes in a capsule collection including a white base and black base HUF x Nike SB Blazer Mid Canvas, apparel and a set of caps. This will be the first time that a capsule collection is sold exclusive at the brand’s own stores outside of the Supreme Nike SB collaborations.

Nike Blazer Premium SB "Huf"

Let’s take a closer look at Huf’s collaboration with Nike SB. A *much* closer look. These photos give us a new appreciation for the simple canvas designs. A toe capped sample version drew comparisons to the immortal Converse Chuck Taylor All Star, but the Huf x Nike SB Blazer Mid Premiums in white or black dropped the rubber toe in favour of an entirely textile upper.

Nike Dunk Mid Premium SB "Asbury Casino"

The Nike Dunk Mid Premium SB – Asbury Casino (Island Teal / Mineral Yellow) were a bit of an enigma for a while, as we did not learn much about them until right up to their release date. They are inspired by the Casino located in Asbury Park, New Jersey. It was a well known skate park, which unfortunately is no longer there, so these were dubbed the Asbury Casinos in order to pay homage to the park. They feature a black,gold, and sea green colorway. The color scheme is interesting, and may take time, but eventually does grow on you especially with small details like the yellow contrast stitching along the black portions, which definitely catch your eye

These Nike SB Dunk Mid Premium are inspired by the TV set, with the most noticeable feature of this inspiration is decoration of the insole with pixel boxes and colorful designs. Its upper constructed from suede along with textured material on the side panels and toe box. They come in a cappuccino / silver colorway.

Nike Dunk Low SB "Poison"

Made up of a magnet and light poison green color scheme the Nike Dunk Low SB "Poison" was released in the fall of 2008 with an appearance similar to the unreleased Loon Dunk that was scrapped years ago. They feature a leather/suede construction along with hints of light green patent leather on the swoosh. The dark palette, combined with strong / bright contrasts definitely helps draw attention to the shoes. They sport other features such as Zoom Air insoles for added comfort. as well as a padded tongue which is great for impact absorption.



Nike Dunk Low SB "Patagonia"

This Nike Dunk Low SB dropped in May of 2009, and although they sport a pretty nice color scheme they didn't receive the level of fanfare enjoyed by many other Dunk Low SB's. These kicks have been nicknamed the Patagonia because of their similarities to the Patagonia's brand logo color scheme. They feature a navy suede upper with a black leather mid panel and a light grey toe box and tongue. Additional accents are provided by a royal blue swoosh and some orange accents around the tongue with an extra set of orange laces. These flew under the radar when they released.

Nike Dunk High SB "Bloody Sunday"

Nike Dunk High SB "Bloody Sunday" were inspired by U2's classic smash hit Bloody Sunday. This song spoke about the violence and hatred in Northern Ireland. It has been recognized as one of U2's signature songs. The Nike Dunk SB came in a special SB premium collection white box, and features red velvet suede. They are composed of premium materials along with a gold outline around the swoosh.

Nike Dunk High Premium SB "Thrashin" celebrates yet another skateboarding icon of the 80's era. The Nike Dunk High SB takes it's image from the old school skateboard classic Thrashin'. It features a variety of colors including black, white, yellow, blue, pink, red, and grey. It also consists of a wild and angular on the upper with a gradient Nike Swoosh. They feature a unique design, pattern, and color scheme which are bound to turn heads no matter where they go.

Nike SB Zoom Tre A.D. "New York Mets"

Nike SB Zoom Tre A.D. "New York Mets" sport a colorful palette that are sure to turn heads. Although not as popular as the Nike Dunk SB or Nike Blazer SB, the Nike Zoom Tre A.D. is perhaps the most technical of the bunch. As is incorporates plenty of features to help provide a comforting feel to skateboarders. The Shock Orange / New Blue colorway are actually modelled after the New York Mets colorway. Technical specifications include a full length phylon midsole, zoom air insoles for added cushioning, and a synthetic ultra durable upper that grip tape won't tear apart after a couple of uses.

Nike SB Zoom Tre A.D. "Oakland A's"

Nike SB Zoom Tre A.D. gets a new colorway similar to the one we seen in the 2004 on the Nike Dunk Low SB "Bucks." This sneaker features a mostly white leather and mesh upper with a yellow and green outsole under a white midsole. Green heel, and tongue tab combined with yellow swoosh's sock lining, and Nike SB logo on the heel gives the shoe character.

Nike Dunk High Premium "Quagmire"

Arguably one of the funniest characters on the cartoon series Family Guy, Glen Quagmire is well noted for his perverted lifestyle. This pair of Nike SB's are by Glen and feature a red upper constructed from nubuck with yellow stars stitched in, representing his shirt. The blue seen across the upper is inspired by the jeans he wears. The white midsole and gum outsole are a really nice bonus.

Before the ball crunchin' skintight jeans and flab defining tees that many skaters )and street heads) like these days, a majority of early 90's skate rats rocked the complete opposite - huge jeans and tees. Don't hate, it was the style back then. Nike SB paid tribute to that fad in the spring of 2009 with the release of Skater Boys 90's Pack.

Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Ferris Bueller"

The Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Ferris Bueller" (Boulder / Black) have been dubbed the Nike Dunk Ferris Bueller because of their close similarities to what Ferris wears in the 1986 classic movie. They feature a combination of white / brown/ butter / and cheetah print. The most noticeable features include the patent leather Nike swoosh on the side panels, and the cheetah print on the shoe’s inner lining, which makes reference to Ferris’ vest. Like other Nike SB models, they feature Zoom Air insoles for added cushioning and comfort.

Nike Dunk High Premium SB "Marshall Amp"

The Nike Dunk High Premium SB "Marshall Amp" (Black / Metallic Gold) takes its inspiration from the vintage Marshall Amp. Marshall Amplification is a British company which designs and manufactures music amplifiers. Marshall amplifiers are well known and highly popular among guitarists. The sight and sound of a Marshall stack amp with a Gibson Les Paul or a Fender Stratocaster is an iconic image in pop culture. Marshall amps were originally built as direct copies of Fender amplifiers, but soon incorporated certain traits which made them more favorable to guitarists seeking a heavier sound. These Nike Dunk SB "Marshall Amp" feature a black leather upper with mesh toe box and quarter panels, along with gold accents, a metallic gold swoosh and contrast stitching. Nike Dunk Low Pro SB "Crimson"

The Nike Dunk Low Pro SB "Crimson" white / varsity crimson (Orange Holland Dunk) features a white and crimson red colorway, hence the nickname. It is a simple design, and was not hyped up at all for its release. It does hold some importance though, as it was the first of the Nike Dunk SB’s to be ever be manufactured in Indonesia. The back heel tab is orange, and because of that, some people tried to dub it the Orange Holland Dunk, but it was never picked up.

Nike Dunk Low Pro SB "Bic"

Designed by The Greek, the Bics are a simple colorway consisting of black suede and yellow and white leather. The shoes got their name because of their resemblance to the Bic company logo. If you haven’t heard of the brand, Bic is known for their razor and pen products; a somewhat odd combination. The shoe is nicely complemented by a few grey accents to make an overall nice colorway.

Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Pee Wee Herman"

The Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Pee Wee Herman" (Fallen Heroes Pack) grey / heather came to the scene with the inspiration of Pee Wee’s Playhouse. The show was concluded in 1991 due to Pee Wee, Paul Rubens, getting arrested for masturbating in an adult movie theater. His career was forever affected and tarnished. The color-way resembles Pee Wee’s famous grey suit with a red bow tie. The insole ironically features Pee Wee sitting all alone in a movie theater. This Nike Dunk SB is part of the Nike SB Fallen Heroes Pack.

Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Money Cat"

The Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Money Cat" was part of the Maneki Neko Pack. It features a white / chile red colorway, a small flower icon embroidery on the front n left paw Maneki Neko print on the insole. Special icon embro tongue label with Feeling Lucky on the bottom of the label. The Maneki Neko (literally Beckoning Cat; also known as Welcoming Cat, Lucky Cat, Money cat or Fortune Cat) is a common Japanese sculpture, often made of porcelain or ceramic, which is believed to give good luck to the owner. The sculpture depicts a cat beckoning with an upright paw, and is usually displayed in stores, restaurants, pachinko parlors, and other businesses. A raised right paw supposedly attracts money, while a raised left paw attracts customer.

Nike Dunk High SB "Wet Floor"

Nothing can turn up the heat on a Dunk SB model quite like a great back story and the Wet Floor Dunk certainly has that going for it. Nike campus custodian, Ian Williams, was lucky enough to talk Nike SB into letting him design a Custodian Pack based on some every day janitorial influences. Unfortunately only one of the three models that were designed was selected for production, but that’s still one more shoe than most of us will ever get to design. Support Ian and custodians everywhere with a fresh pair of Wet Floor Dunks.

Nike Dunk High SB "KaBoom"

The Nike SB heads started the new year of with a “Bang”, dropping this Matt French designed Dunk High Premium featuring a leather upper comprised of an assortment of superhero-esque colors including red, white, yellow, black, and blue. The shoe is highlighted by a red swoosh as well as a unique “boom” explosion graphic on the mid-panel.

Nike Dunk Low Pro SB "Goofy Boy"

The "Goofy Boy" is from old 1990's Big Brother ads and the shoe is inspired by the way skaters would dress during that era, with cut-off jeans ans oversized t-shirts. This particular SB low features Purple Denim on pieces of the upper as well as the "Goofy Boy" image on the insole.

These were sometimes referred to as the "Flesheater" are part of the Horrer Pack. The shoe features Black suede on the front and upper, and the back half of the shoe features differant snakeskin colors including black, red, and yellow. The colors are designed by Baravetto and are a definite must have for any Nike SB faanatic.

Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Motley Crue (Dr. FeelGood)"

The Nike Dunk High Pro SB "Motley Crue (Dr. FeelGood)" are another musician inspired Nike Dunk SB. These were designed after the album cover of Motley Crue’s 5th album, Dr. FeelGood. The upper features different shades of green, as well as red accents, and strongly resembles the album cover artwork. The reptile print on the toe box and ankle area definitely catch your attention, but little details, such as the white contrast stitching on the red Nike swoosh, are what really make this shoe special. The white midsole tends to balance out the shoe, as we have already seen plenty of green on the upper, and the red outsole is a really nice touch.
